Cortland Dahl, a scientist, translator, and meditation teacher, has dedicated his life to meditation and the science of flourishing. Fluent in Tibetan, he holds a master’s degree in Buddhist studies and a Ph.D. in Mind, Brain, and Contemplative Science.
